I am a member of our local MOPS group. I serve as Prayer & Outreach Coordinator on our Steering Team. I have been searching for devotion ideas and came across your blog on laundry one load at a time. I loved it and was hoping to use part of it and modify it to suit my own needs and the needs of our group. I’m not sure on the copyright laws, or what your thoughts on that are. Please let me know how to proceed. I was hoping to read my devotion out loud to the group and then have some small group discussion afterwards.

Hi Kelli,
Thanks for reading my blog and contacting me. The One Load at a Time was a devotion that I gave at the MOPS group that I am a mentor for. It was very well received, because each Mom there could identify with doing laundry!

I give you my permission to use it – but ask that you please use my name and blog on any printed material that you might create. I am sure that you will not use it as yours, which is what a copyright is for. Please send me a copy of anything printed that you use.

I would love to have any of your MOPS group visit my blog – feel free to invite them.

I pray that your MOPS meeting is honoring to the Lord and a blessing to your MOPS Moms.
