Yesterday, Audrianna (my youngest daughter) pass her test to receive her driver’s license.  That is such an accomplishment for a 16 1/2 year old - but another loss for a Mom.  That time you spend driving your child (or children) to and from different activities -  like lessons, practice, church activities and more -  is [...]

So many of you have been searching for prayers and support as your children head off to school.  My blog has been pretty busy these last couple of days!  This made me reflect upon how each year I would send a note off to school with my daughters on (or close to) the first day of school.  [...]

This year, we spent the entire afternoon around one of my friend’s pool that we had to ourselves.  We talked as a group and to [...]

The other day, my oldest daughter asked me when I was going to have a guest contributor to my blog — I guess she is ready to read someone else’s thoughts other than mine .  That same day, CrossWalk emailed me a link to this article which I thought was excellence for Moms (and daughters) to read.  [...]

Last Friday evening Bill, Audrianna and I attended a very special restaurant named “A.K.Dive”.  I had just flown in from Orlando (where I had been at the International Christian Retailing Show and visiting my parents).  Bill picked me up from the airport and after a quick trip home, we went to “A.K. Dive”.  Please allow [...]
